FIRST Long Island is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring Long Island youth in STEM through robotics competitions for kids ages 4-18.
During my tenure as the social media manager for FIRST Long Island, I have developed and cultivated a dedicated community of STEM students, mentors, and volunteers. I have seen a 40% increase in engagement and a 50% increase in followers since I started running the accounts.
Besides running the social media account, I work on our graphic design and as a photographer during our FRC Competitions.
